- Charta Group/Permalite: As CEO/COO, I led the acquisition and integration of a manufacturing facility, overhauled processes and equipment, and expanded operations, significantly enhancing the company's market presence.  

- Erin Condren Design (www.erincondren.com): As CEO/COO, I transformed a small, garage-based brand into a leading e-commerce lifestyle company, implementing robust operational systems and scaling the business for rapid growth.  

- Brightcube Inc.: As CFO, I led the financial restructuring and operational turnaround of a public company, culminating in a successful asset sale.  

- Intellect Capital: As Vice President of Investment Management, I directed investment strategies, managed venture capital and private equity investments, and oversaw portfolio growth and strategic acquisitions.
